Now Hiring College Students

Flexibility. If you’re attending college, your schedule may change at each new term, and if you’re looking for work, you’ll need to find an employer who is flexible enough to let you change your schedule a few times per year. Working as a barista affords this opportunity. We’re very proud of team and their accomplishments, and we want to support them in any way we can along the way.

Real work experience. Budding java masters build transferrable skills that they can use in other lines of work. You’ll learn how to interact with customers and find out what makes them happy. You’ll see how advertising and marketing campaigns affect day-to-day operations. You’ll get good at doing arithmetic in your head. When people or cars line up for their cup of joe, you’ll experience firsthand what it’s like to work under pressure. The skills you build while working in barista jobs will serve you well no matter what you choose to do for your long-term career.

A social work environment. Making coffee puts you in touch with all types of people: entrepreneurs, corporate professionals and sports enthusiasts, to name a few. Making small talk with customers can lead to long-term relationships and friendships with people who live in your same community.
